also figured out a faster (almost cheating) way to
make it using pre-made
water kefir (see below the recipe for the variation).

also reasoned that introducing fermented foods like
kefir (you can
make water kefir), sauerkraut and kombucha would help crowd out HP, so I started going nuts with the stuff.

While I did eat this low - carb breakfast along with some juice
kefir (

water kefir grains) for my breakfast the day I wrote this, I do
also eat higher carb snacks and meals during the course of the day.
You can
also incorporate fermented drinks like
water kefir and Kombucha which are inexpensive to
make and can be carbonated like soda!
I
also usually
make any needed household supplies during this time or do regular kitchen jobs like brewing kombucha or
water kefir,
making cleaning supplies, etc..

also buy these at the health food store if you don't want to or can't
