I
also buttered my pan instead of spraying and only

Multigrain Pumpkin
Chocolate Chip Muffins (that can
also be made with all whole wheat pastry flour or even all purpose flour if that's what you
use!)
You can
use either natural unsweetened cocoa powder or Dutch - processed cocoa powder and while I lean towards milk
chocolate chips, you can
also use semi sweet, bittersweet, or even white
chocolate chips.
Also — I
used the
chocolate chips but I don't think you even need them.
This instruction will feel counter-intuitive to anyone
used to baking with regular flour, but it's important to knead the dough at the very end of mixing and then
also knead in the
chocolate chips.
I
used Krisda stevia
chocolate chips, so there is no additional sugar added, but you could
also use regular semi sweet
chips.

I
also made these cookies a reduced - wheat flour, and
used Enjoy Life brand dairy free
chocolate chips.
Aside from finding these cookies hilarious and just creepy enough, I was
also attracted to the fact that they
used nothing more than additional (albeit melted and piped)
chocolate chips for their decorations.
I

As an alternative to a fruit - based ice cream, you can
also instead
use chopped fruit as an add - in, as I did in my
chocolate chip and raspberry coconut ice cream.

Also I chose to
use chocolate chips and for us it was a little too sweet.
Fab flavour combos, orange white choc and cranberry always go great together — I
also used raw honey in place of agave as I believe its a more natural, unrefined sweetner (agave isnt as innocent as you might think — read up about it) As for those of you who wanted to know about the white choc
chips, well I avoid all dairy and refined sugars so I simply made my own, its dead easy — simply combine pure raw cacao butter (gently melted) with a pinch of celtic salt, a little extract of vanilla and some raw cashew butter, then freeze in a suitable container before breaking into chunks!!!!! yummy You can make dark
chocolate chips even easier by melting pure coconut oil and stirring in a little vanilla, honey and raw cacao powder before freezing!!!
I mixed everything in my Ninja food processor w / the dough paddle,
used dehydrated almond nut pulp (left from making almond milk) for the flour, honey instead of agave, regular mini
chocolate chips, and I
also put in 2 really ripe bananas.
I
used their semisweet mini
chips, but I
also love making these with their dark
chocolate morsels as well!
