In one of our quinoa
salads, we
also use the ends of the tender - stem broccoli from our Asian broccoli
salad, where the broccoli stems were just a bit too long to fit into our takeaway boxes so we chopped them off and added them to the quinoa.

These herbs can be
used cooked or fresh
in soothing teas, roasted vegetables dishes or stews, but can
also be added to dressings and sauces for greens and grain
salads, adding a unique flavour to them.
Aside from baking applications, sorghum can
also be
used to produce syrups, especially for flavor and texture
in marinades,
salad dressings, and sauces.
Not only have I
used the Picholine Extra Virgin Olive Oil
in my
salads, but I've
also used it to roast veggies and pan-fry veggie burgers.
Millet can be
used to make porridge, flapjacks and flatbreads and can
also be

also toss them

I
used the extra virgin olive oil
