alternating daily food intake, or following a 23:1
fast (having just one meal a day) every second day, was effective for weight loss.

fasting to
daily caloric restriction in adults with obesity.
It would be interesting to see if a
daily fasting period of 14 - 16 hrs has the same impact on the endocrine system as

fasting does.
