alternating his lead legs, butt kicks, shuffles and high
knee raises for the last 5 seconds.

knee and touching it with your right hand.
You can take the variation I show you first in the video where you bend your
knees and do
alternating knee ins, or you can straighten the legs and do straight leg
raises up and down.
