The Home Office says cocaine is the only drug which has risen in use since 1998 and
although cocaine use has been stable since 2000 - fewer than five per cent of adults have used the Class A drug in the last year - the government says it is determined to strengthen efforts against it.

although some bills were doubtless
used to snort the drug.
There was some evidence for an effect of exposure status (i.e., maternal
cocaine or opiate
use during pregnancy) on parenting stress,
although this effect was not significant after controlling for maternal psychopathology (BSI scores).
