My big question is this, it is said you should not consume
less than 1200
calories a day because it is «dangerous», so my goal caloric intake is 1200 for the day which I
eat over 6 small meals (to be honest I don't
always hit my
calorie goal and am left a little short of what I am «suppose» to consume).
Over-fat individuals get hungry while carrying around hundreds of thousands of
calories for the same reason
eating less and exercising more almost
always fails... it's not about
calories!
When I count
calories, I
always make sure I
eat my allotted
calories and not
less than them.
You will
always burn fat if you
eat less calories than you burn.
With slowing down comes the need for
less calories, but most dogs continue to
eat what they
always have, so they begin to gain weight.
