I
always have a realistic goal that means I
have time to work, fit in orders, get a
good night's
sleep, a meal out and still get the job done!
Our youngest
had always been a
good sleeper during the day, but when we started to limit the length of his naps in the afternoon, he started to
sleep longer at
night almost immediately.
I
always found that on the
nights my kids DID NOT fall asleep on the boob, and instead
had a big cry in my arms, they
always slept considerable
better, as in 10x
better.

would have to lay him down to

night as

people tell me to try and cut down his bottles during the day, I
've tried to replace them with food but he refuses to eat, then at
night he's still waking up around 4 - 5 times for a bottle, he doesn't want the comfort its that he's
always so hungry if i pick him up to bring him to bed he wakes up and thinks its play time... is there anything that i can try to maybe get a solid 5 hours of
sleep in at
night because im going crazy and feel like its been years since i last
had a
good night's
sleep... thanx
The parents who
always worry about whether their baby do
have a
good sleep during the
night or not, or want to
sleep next to their baby can totally
have the peace of mind.
Besides waking up for feedings when she was a newborn, she
has always been a
good sleeper and
has slept through the
night.
Overall, those who do follow these guidelines will
have a
better chance of maintaining a higher output level than those who survive on junk food, never work out,
sleep less than seven hours a
night, and find that stress is nearly
always present in their lives.
How many times
have you heard, «you'll feel
better after a
good night of
sleep» or «it's
always better in the morning?»
So, a — as just a disclaimer, every time we
have a conversation together with you guys, it's
always — we're assuming you
've got the diet, the lifestyle, the
sleep, the meditation, the stress management, the exercise, the
good relationships,
good stable blood sugar, you're not skipping meals, you're getting toxic people out of your life, you're going to bed on time, you're not using too much technology at
night.
Well,
sleep would be a
good start and not
having wine
always helps with looking your
best (don't get me wrong, I love a glass of wine at
night... but I
always know I look
better without it).
I was
always having to choose between decent hair and a
good night's
sleep.
Having written a
good non-fiction book that focuses on an aspect of city / urban planning (THAT will help you
sleep at
night) I
have always believed that it
would make a great textbook or at least required reading — but for college kids as noted above at over $ 40 for the hardcover it was cost prohibitive, I now
have a way to repackage the ebook that is on Amazon (with 65 images) and try to create something more exciting and interesting.

always love seeing pictures of your home ~ ~ ~ take some of the outside (garden, porch etc:) I follow your sleepy time ideas, but then again Ive never
had a hard time
sleeping:) lucky I guess ~ plus I usually get a
good 8 - 9 hours at
night!!
The focus is
always on my family however ~ I
have always said my priorities are: happy children,
good food and a
good night's
sleep.
Wrong, there's
always room for improvement as Gwyneth
has taught us — never underestimate the power of a
good night's
sleep.
