One
comment I've read more than a few times over the years of creating recipes for the blog is while energy bars, balls, and bites are well received as a healthy, easy, go - to snack, they almost
always contain nuts
leaving those with nut allergies out on the sidelines with tears welled up
in their eyes, sad that...
As

u are completly right Bob,
in that we are way behind.i mean even look at the likes of Everton.and yes like others
in the
comments i think players like Lemar,Mahrez,Carvalho,Martins - if all are signed - and Sanchez
left intact, can make the change.but Wenger and Kroenke, being Wenger and Kroenke, that is very unlikely to happen, and we will be
left behind, as
always, and probably an even more disastrous season awaits us
Mistamonn most of the time his playing players out of position is because we don't have the necessary depth of players for each position specially on the
left, the team is
always out of balance he rely needs to buy W / C if not top players
in key positions, last year i was
commenting that we needed a striker before a class DM but i was so wrong, we first need the best DM that money can buy no mater how much then and only then we can look for another class DM and a couple of descent defenders.
I stopped
commenting since after the Monaco game, although i should
leave it behind me, it still hurts
in the back, top three n maybe fa cup, we know how long the transfer season will be, then who knows what next, we might win it next year (as we
always say)
Great Reception???, tell you the truth Im not one of those gunners who started supporting the gunners during the invicibles or early Wenger double winning years, quite honestly i wasnt ineterested
in football and I liked a certain Crespo and Shevchenko meaning I liked the blue half of London, surprisingly when Mourinho joined I stopped watching football all together, till one glorious Champions League Night, It was my first ever Match there was a certain 20 year old highly rated youngster who scored a wonder goal that day he played with such skill and passion ever since then I started supporting arsenal that was during the barren years.I actually liked Barcelona because of their similarity with the arsenal, so when Fabregas joined Barca I started to watch them a bit more I still loved Arsenal and I was extremely passionate, the other players i adored
left in painful manners, while some
left which was still painful: i.e Eboue.I
always taught cesc would come back and when it was official he was
leaving Barca i said Finally almost hosting a party.Well reports started coming out that he is going to join chelsea and i laughed so hard and said he would be the last player on earth to do that, when it became official words cant express how i felt, He was the reason I started watching football he lit up the emirates with exquisite touches through balls to walcott, its a shame I would have preferred he joined bayern, or remained
in barca its terrible reading the
comments he made recently about the emirates, This was a captain, someone who led, anyways, like ive learnt and Arsenal have learnt, We do nt live
in the past Like Liverpool (no pun) WE ARE THE PRESENT AND THE FUTURE (Crowley)(Puma) WE ARE ARSENAL.....

I've been backpacking solo since my teens and every single one of these tips resonates... I would also add: - don't act as though you're alone - I usually wear a wedding band and tell people my «husband» is over there
in the next street / village / town - ignore untoward
comments - the best encouragement you can give men is to say no or to ask them to
leave -
in many cultures this is actually seen as encouragement - don't accept medicine or drugs from strangers, and
always keep your eye on your drink - keep your valuables
in a money belt, not
in a backpack (I learned this one the hard way)- above all, be alertand know your environment - the best safety net is to do your research properly before you travel and find out as much as you can about the culture's attitudes
in general, and towards women
in particular
