 The Harper government's decision last
year to write off every penny of the auto aid and thus build it all into last
year's deficit calculation (which I questioned
at the time as curious and even misleading) has already been proven wrong. Since the money was already «written off» by Ottawa as a loss (on grounds that they had little confidence it would be repaid — contradicting their own assurances
at the same time that it was an «investment,» not a bail - out), any repayment will come as a gain that can be recorded in the budget on the revenue side. Jim Flaherty has learned from past Finance Ministers (especially Paul Martin) that it's
always politically better to make the budget situation
look worse than it is (even when the bottom has fallen out of the balance), thus positioning yourself to triumphantly announce «surprising good news» (due, no doubt, to «careful fiscal management») down the road. The auto package could thus generate as much as $ 10 billion in «surprising good news» for Ottawa in the
years to come (depending on the ultimate worth of the public equity share).

always gave me signs and my mind gave me logic of what to believe although have read many books abroad in my youth of many beliefs out of curiosity but could not belief in other than that God is one and Muhammed is his last prophet in all belief of the Quran he brought upon me / us in all that it says... Should mention
at times had experienced dreams seeing signs and warnings long in advance of things going to happen A
year or more before losing my father in a car accident I had seen him in my dream good bye wearing white cloth and going to board a tourist ship all crew dressed in white uniform rolling a red carpet on front of him and when was on the top of the stairs weaver smiling good bye... seen in another dream how or wealth will be stolen and what I will hold... so many things like that..

years old and when i went into high school i had to wrestle a girl... growing up learning to wrestle i had ended up having violent style, i never was dirty or broke rules but i was taught to do anything in your power to win whehter it was to club down the head or grab the throat to gain position etc. unfortunately i was in the postion to wrestle a girl once and
at the time i did nt care who you were boy / girl, white / black / purple it did nt matter im was going to go out there bounce your head of the mat and bury you, so i went out there and wreslted the same way i
always wrestled, 110 % and
always to put your oppenents back through the mat i dditn change my style
at all bc she was a girl i wrestled the same against everyone but after i pinned her in the first minute i did nt even realize that i broke her ribs when i power doubled through her, now after that for the rest of the tournament i was heckled and berated for forcefully beating a girl ppl were telling my parents «hey,
looks like you raised a wife beater» etc. etc.... ever since then i refused to wrestle girls and thank go i eventually grew out of the lower weights, moral of the story is that is great and all that girls are wrestling but they shouldnt wrestle boys even if they know what they are getting into because 1.

Come the other
year when Arsenal went the whole season without a defeat in the Premier League, Barcelona were attracted by Marc Overmas and Emmanue Petti, the two joined Barcelona, they played few games, and sometime on the bench, as a result Emmanue Petti decided to go back to England and joined New - Castle and
always regret leaving Arsenal, then the other
year it was Alexander Hleb, he was the best dribller in Arsenal team, he went again to Barcelona, he was never given some games, I think he only played few games as a sub, and his carrier was destroyed by Barcelona, then come Henry, he again went to Barcelona, he played some games but not like he used to do
at Arsenal, he was not
looking like a star player anymore, he decided to go to America, then there was Fabrigas, he joined Barcelona again, since he was one of their juniors, I think he played for two seasons, and supporter used to booing him, he decided to come back to Arsenal, by then Arsenal had already resplaced him with Ozil, and he joined Chelsea, then come Alexander Song, he pushed to go to Barcelona, he was
always on the banch, and never been on first eleven, then he ended up regreting joing Barcelona, and wanted to go back to Arsenal, but normally Wenger do not take players who pushed themselves to be out of Arsenal, lastly there was Vermuleen, he went to Barcelona and ended up not playing
at all but when playing for Arsenal they used to be star players.
This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the
years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you
look at our current players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system...
at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did
years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (better last
year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national team a couple
years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've
always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part of last season... it
always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger
always seemed to play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless
at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out of position far too many times since arriving and that the players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National team's midfield, where teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one of those 3 players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill players we've seen on this squad for some
years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and,
at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack of mobility is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
I am pissed today hearing about Olivier Giroud three
year contract and salary he is earning. That is unfair because Giroud does not deserve it.He has not worked to show that he deserves it.We should
look at the quality snd output of our players before paying them.Well its too late now so we should
look forward. We do nt need stats to even tell us that Girouf is usually average for arsenal than good
at most times.I would have sold him if i was Wenger because he does not deserve to be leading the line still after 3
years and i doubt he will like to warm the bench. He is very lucky to have Wenger as a coach of arsenal london fc.Arsenal has not moved forward because we think getting rid of players is a bad thing. We
always hesitate when it comes to selling players we do nt need.Arsenal need a world class cf not a world class cf.Its is time to move forward by addressing our mistakes.Since Van persie left we have needed a cf and ifBenzema is available we need to get rid of who we do nt need so that we move forward.Arsenal do not need Giroud though many may be against my speech.Once the premier league starts and Giroud is our main cf it shows that Wenger has not learnt from his mistakes.Just as we got Cech who to me was a need he needs to just find as a reliable and clinical cf.
Yes we can improve but we will
always think that, we could dominate the world football like Barca has in the past and we will still find faults with players... Lets be honest with ourselves and admit that currently it isn't that bad,

«But if you

Joining a club of arsenal s stature has its ups and downs. There is a requirement of how our players should perform when on the pitch. The following is a list of players who were wrong to choose arsenal.Aaron ramsey - Even though he is the most favoured of all players
at the club now.I cant help but think how it would have gone for Him if he decided to search for other greener pastures. He was a clear talented footballer during his time
at cardiff but he hasnt been raised with the discipline
at arsenal.You can
always see ramseys all round strengths but sadly Its not helping him or the club with his foward moving pleasurr. He is so Over used and its sometimes difficult for him to get used to the rythm of the game. With time you realise he gets low ib confidence and his engine gets wasted. He needed somebody who would have managed him properly and with care and that person is certainpy not wenger. You would have been better off
at Manu mate.Calum chambers - Came us a very talented player from southampton with raw talent. He was very good
at first but wenger found a way to reduce his level of confidence. His inexperience was left exposed and wenger did nt do anything to resolve that problem and instead He
looked for other talented players.Alex oxlade chamberlain - Another very talented player who needed only his skilled sharpened and his character modelled. That and he was ready to become a world beater. But wenger decided to let him run and run like a headless chicken causing him to be often injured and damaging his confidence.Who knows what would have happened to him gad he decided to
look for more greener pasture. He is surely a much better player than this.Theo walcott - Another player who was tipped to have a very bright future. He had it in him.But all he needed was an appropriate manager who would nurture him with discipline and help him with his talent. But on Coming to arsenal he was given Much more responsiblities putting more weight on his shoulders on top of that another player who was recklessly managed with his talent and never coming off age because his character wasnt properly shaped.Mesut ozil - Al right i agree he perfoms well just recently. But imagine all the legendary players he was often compared to during his time
at real madrid. On coming to arsenal he found no rotation often overused, suffered many injuries and his confidence dwindled. It is pretty clear arsene does not take any responsibility for players. And when
at arsenal you have to be your own manager. You need not rely on your manager otherwise you might continue being the same player for the next many
years. That is why each and every player are what they are because of their own efforts and wenger had nothing to do with it.Van persie was the same player for over 7
years untill he himself decided to change.Wenger only organises and prepares tge team while the rest is in your court. It is not what so many people make it out to be.Thats why we need to pressure wenger more than our own players. They are their own self managers and wenger needs to take that responsibility
«I agree with you it doesn't
always come off as we would like but we still are one of the teams who, if you
look at the last 20
years, puts more players out than anybody else.»
In the last few

at the Emirates.
I have watched this team now for the last 12
years religiously and although
at times the team
looked fantastic, it also
always looked as the next catastrophe was around the corner.
Giroud often
looked an isolated figure up front for Arsenal, with the team usually lining up in a 4 -2-3-1 in recent
years, while
at Chelsea Conte tends to use a 3 -4-3 or 3 -5-2, meaning the central striker
always has close support up front.

Facts are stubborn things.yes they are but a kid in the village who watches Benzema and Giroud every week would know who is better and is his mind will also feel that he is light yes better than Giroud.for example some players might be better than some players but due to some reason stats may support them.i am not really
looking at only goalscoring but i
look at everything the player does on the pitch.i said it here first i would have used an 18
year old Chuba Akpom over Giroud. The midfield makes Giroud
look very good.I do nt know what makes an inform Giroud better than an inform Chamakh or inform Adebayor or inform Bendtner.Giroud when i watch him to me is nothing just nothing special.stats do nt lie but my eyes wont lie and stats may not even be accurate.so as i said Benzema will
always be light
years above Giroud.how some people think we can compare Giroud to Benzema is beyond me.oh!
Please don't compare Mourinho to Wenger EVER... Mou
always inherited very strong teams, managed to get them playing with that «us against the world mentality» eventually leaving after 2 - 3
years to a trail of destruction...
look at porto, inter, madrid after he left.
I believe the carry on of some supporters last season and season before are to blame some here were
looking for loses just so they can prove a point to me they are not Arsenal
at all some have been even worse they embarrassed Arsenal in away grounds what a bunch of red necks I am frustrated
at Mr Wenger but I will
always respect him he is a legend I would love to see the academy win their tier We don't seem to pick the right players as most of them do nt make it luckily this issue has been addressed Once again I need to emphasize the importance of being united behind the club and very vocal sometimes it so quite I am surprised that players have not fallen asleep and now with the new trend of empty seats I start to believe we are going into a self destruct we need to wake up and shake down the bad dust and stand up to be counted before it becomes to late Wishing Arsenal a Prosperous successful New
Year Happy new year f

year folks
Arsenal are a successful club and will
always be seriously last season was not that bad for the past 21
years we remind a the top four no club in England had achieved that 21
years on the trot I believe we needed a new
look at ourselves and the reason why we have not won it we have not won the premier league in the past 12
years while clubs such Leicester have won it having said that we were the only team to have won them home and away we seem to be a little short
at every term in one stage opponents literally broke our players and some were very viciously broken every one ganged against us and we crumbled to the pressure we need to assert our self by winning lower tear competitions and grow to be strong and fight it hard and give other teams what we were giving Firstly we need to unite and create a fortress
at the emirate stadium become the twelfth team player once we get the fundamentals right I know and guarantee we will win it all we need to plant our feet in the ground we need unite become one strong unit
Why can't people for God sake understand the angle the young man was coming from, this is a guy who has come out to suggest what he feel will be of great glory to the team, futbol is about winning trophy not the samba, champaign, tick taka or jambody style Of playwill be accredited to ur cv after retirement, every professional player will wants to be identify with a medal, mind you he have limited
years to his career, therefore we should not allow sentment or affections we have for our various teams erode the basic objective of the game.we should also think about their future too, this guys are proffessionals which young lads are
looking up to and questions will be ask tomorrow about theirs playing days.can people tell me why pele and some other famous players in the world both present and past are been celebrated today the answer is simply cos they are successful in their career and have trophy to show for it in their respective clubs or countries, why the complain in nigeria?its simply cos our team for quite a while now has not recorded any troph to her glory, fans should learn how to call a spade a spade in order to balance situation and also for better performance of the team.why then did arsene wenger hurridly went to buy more experienced players after the poor outing he had
at the beggining of last season?this players know beta cos they are
at the centre of it all, we don't have to trash what they say, we fans are only watching from screen, in as much as we beliv in arsen wenger, we should also know that without the boys no arsen wenger, fans should try to reason along with the players too.an hypotetical cases of similar to rvp has been tested by some players and have put them right over the coach and the team.so, whatelse does the fans needs to prove that futbol has gone beyond living in the past.for example, fabrigas and nasri were able to prove their critics wrong.thank God for them, we should
always be objective in our submission, how else do we expect players to show their commitment to a team that was in 8 on the log table and later fought their way back to 3rd this boys are commendable and deserve to be encouraged, I think is high time the manager and the mgt board of arsenal futbol team get to know that game of futbol has gone beyond two teams domination, its now like a pendilum which can swing either way only with a powerful insrument called money.you can't eat ur cake and have.
They have

The 22 -

at home on either flank or when cutting inside, is
always looking to confront defenders, his pace, flawless ball control and sinuous changes of direction make him highly elusive, and he comes up with rearguard - shredding through balls.
its

In a report covered by The Mirror, Southgate insisted that he is open to offering opportunities to senior players despite playing emphasis on grooming young talent prior to next

always said if a more senior player is playing well and warrants the call - up, we should include them.

Bob By the way arsenal bought rosicky from germany injury prone they bought bishoff injury prone vanpercy injury prone are these players not a risk as well so what is your point Schwarzer is a whole lot better that almunia so that could not be a risk if we go two good
years from himthat would be money well spent
look at vanpercy
always injured he is the biggest risk.
The 32 -
year - old is great
at getting out of tight spots and
always looks like he has the ball under his spell, as he showed on Friday, playing a neat overhead flick over an oncoming defender, to keep possession.
Not long ago I took my 2
