Once again, I subbed an early morning
BODYPUMP class at the Bay Club yesterday, and so I
was up before the sunrise in my workout wear, ready to rep it out.
I've got some work to do, a training session and
am teaching
BODYPUMP tonight.
This weekend I
'm hoping to spend some time outside and learning
BODYPUMP 93.
While teaching
BODYPUMP was my first love, I spend much more of my time teaching BODYATTACK these days, which
is a one - hour sports cardio class, and it
's pretty darn fun to teach and to take.
The encouragement, motivation and great music you get in a
Bodypump ™ class will help you achieve much more than you would
be able to on your own!
Bodypump ™
is a weights class for absolutely everyone.
Since CRP
is a measure of inflammation, it would make sense that my neck injury (overdid it in
bodypump) can influence levels as well.
I run and do HIIT and yoga and pilates and im a fan of
bodypump, but I
'm not a powerlifter.
Bodypump is described as the original Les Mills barbell class and will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast!
