Just curious, as I am also low FODMAP but have been wondering if the grasses in
the Amazing Meal have been the cause of some recent GI upset I've been having... I've gotten multiple answers when trying to figure out if wheat and barley grasses are in fact safe for someone with allergies / sensitivities.
That's not to say I'll never write a post again about an afternoon spent with vino or
an amazing meal I had in our Nation's Capitol, but when I do those posts again they won't be done the same way as when I first started.
Plus, her blog is especially helpful when you're itching to recreate a recipe from
an amazing meal you had abroad.

meal is breakfast,
had an
amazing breakfast in Brazil 5 years ago: Açai with all kind of berries and granola on top.
But then again, that's what so wonderful about in - season tomatoes... you don't
have to do much, if anything, to them to
have an

amazing BBQ, both in NYC and on my move to the Delta, I
have to say the very best thing I ate in 2010 was steak and French fries at Doe's Eat Place in Greenville, MS.. The French fries rivaled those we
've always made at home, and the steak was simple, juicy, and gigantic.

had them... and just wanted to say THANK YOU because somehow this
meal accomplished 2 things I previously thought impossible: 1) make my 3 year old voluntarily eat vegetables (he ate every different kind,

had to
have a read through the rest of your recipes on Breakfast, for me it is a typically light
meal with boiled eggs (fresh from the chickens or ducks) with a little toast but it is
amazing to see how much effort some go to cook breakfast.
Not only do they

meals but I
've had trouble with chicken breasts drying out but the veggies are always
amazing.
