Despite this, all polls on the Labour leadership have shown that Brown is still seen as the best choice for the next Labour leader, especially
amongst Labour voters and Labour party members.
Amongst Labour voters, 30 % would consider voting Lib Dem, 18 % Conservative, 16 % Green and 9 % UKIP.
Amongst Labour voters 56 % think Brown will be a good Prime Minister, 19 % think he won't.
76 % of Lib Dem voters approve and 22 % disapprove, a net approval of +54 — but these are comparatively low figures for a party leader amongst their own supporters — Blair has a net approval of +64

Tony Blair and Peter Mandepson performed worse by a considerable margin not only for all voters combined, but for voters who supported each of those parties or UKIP — save only that Michael Howard did worse

Only 51 % of probable
Labour voters were so certain and that figure dropped to 42 %
amongst likely Liberal Democrat
voters.

voters Andy Burnham was ahead on 22 %, with Chuka Umunna on 19 %.
