I have just made your cupcakes andthey taste lovely but they have come out a little dense, i did by mistake put double
the amount of baking powder in, will that have been the reason as everything else was exact....
I made it with the amended
amount of baking powder in a tube pan and baked it for 75 minutes and it was perfect.

amount of baking powder in a bundt pan, and it came out perfectly.
