For example, taking multiple products that contain
caffeine will increase the
amount of caffeine you take at one time and could
make you feel jittery or
make it difficult to get to sleep at night.
In addition, you also want to try and avoid things like sugar, high
amounts of salt, and
caffeine as these things can
make symptoms worse.
However, Dr. Atkins (for which the Atkins Diet is named) does
make a point
of advising that people consume
caffeine in moderation and that
caffeine has been shown to cause hypoglycemic reactions in people who consume large
amounts of it.
Sleep more One
of benefits
of drinking
caffeine is it
makes you feel more awake and energized even though your body may not actually feel that way by itself, therefore
make sure you get the right
amount of sleep to prevent you from feeling like you need the
caffeine to function.

make their «double» shot, which results in less
caffeine than a standard double shot.
Green tea has high

I encourage my patients to replace their coffee with tea to decrease the
amount of caffeine they are drinking, which can
make you feel stressed or disrupt your sleep if you metabolize
caffeine slowly like I do (along with 51 %
of Americans).
Give yourself a little
caffeine kick, or
make it decaf — that's totally up to you, as is the
amount of pumpkin spice.
Anything that is coffee flavored contains some
amount of caffeine, so
make sure your coffee - flavored treats aren't accessible to your dog.
