Oats are often packaged in facilities that package
products which contain
wheat so they are often contaminated with slight
amounts of wheat and should be avoided.
Wheat must be identified even if the
product is labeled gluten - free because it contains no gluten or the
amount of gluten is less than the FDA limit
of 20 ppm gluten.
