It's not the best way to do
coconut oil if you want to do more
than a teaspoon of CO, because you can only get a tiny
amount of CO in a capsule.
I suggest that you take no more
than 2 tablespoons of
coconut oil per day and spread the
amount like for example, add 1/2 tablespoon to your breakfast, 1/2 to your lunch and so forth.
Foods other
than oils can contribute as much or more saturated fat, e.g. adding a can of
coconut milk to a recipe adds as much saturated fat as about 1.5 cups of olive
oil; 1 avocado has more saturated fat
than 2 tbsp of olive
oil, and an oz of several types of nuts and seeds have the almost the same
amount as 1 tbsp
oil.
I seem to feel better eating smaller
amount of protein (200 - 300g of meat a day — eating more
than this seems to make me aggressive and anxious), about 600 - 800g of potatoes and sweet potatoes mixed and A LOT of
coconut oil (this food is truly a miraculous antidepressant — I am for 8 - 12 tablespoons a day with my starchy carbs).
