Anabolic steroids influence the hormonal secretion and their functions in the
body, which in turn influence the metabolism, physical and mental
activities of the person.
Each
body part should be trained ONCE a week — this gives plenty
of time to recover before the next training session — and I recommend training the full -
body, regardless if using the two or three day split, because working the full
body produces more
anabolic hormone than just doing the upper or lower
body alone, recruits more motor units than working the upper or lower
body alone, and the more motor units recruited per session, the greater the increase in neural
activity, which will train the
body to work more effectively as a whole, and therefore aid in better fat loss.
For example, after eating a meal, usually more
anabolic activity occurs because eating increases the level
of glucose — the
body's most important fuel — in the blood.
