[email protected]; Sweeping changes have made a positive impact for school nurses across Alabama in responding to; sudden
anaphylactic emergencies.
Epinephrine in Schools: Missouri law allows school nurses to keep pre-filled syringes of epinephrine on hand and administer them for suspected
anaphylactic emergencies.
Since last year, 41 states passed policies encouraging schools to stock undesignated epinephrine auto - injectors in their schools for a possible
anaphylactic emergency.

Anaphylactic shock can be a scary health
