It is very disturbing when your local humane organizations are not addressing the needs
of animals in your community in an effective and compassionate manner.
If it becomes necessary, we believe a private - public partnership would allow employees of the current parish shelter to continue their hard work for
homeless animals in our community.
Our focus on the importance of microchip ID's spay and neuter awareness is one of the ways we hope to reduce the population of homeless and
stray animals in our community.
Our goal is to decrease euthanasia, decrease preventable diseases through vaccination, and to provide a better quality of life for
small animals in our community.
I think we, as humans, need to make a better effort towards the adoption of the existing homeless
animals in our communities instead of breeding more and selling / buying them.
Our primary goals include finding the best home for each animal in our care, reducing pet overpopulation through our spay / neuter programs, and improving the lives
of animals in our community.
