efforts are belittled because someone 5 miles down the road won't get off their rear and do the same thing for the
animals in their care.

is heartening to hear, though, that more
communities are getting the idea that no - kill can't
be achieved by a shelter alone and that more and more shelters
are making the
effort to forge links with their
communities to end
animal homelessness together.
Your tax - deductible donations, bequests, and proceeds from events
are crucial to our life - saving
efforts on behalf of the
animals of our
