The art style of the game has a very serious
anime feel to it and in the middle of the game I started having Eureka Seven flashbacks.
Visually the game is great, it has a Mecha

While the story
feels like it is a typical
anime plot, the dialogue, character banter between the main cast and the witty but often light nature of the game is what elevates it
to a special experience.
Whether the
anime concludes several story arcs too early, leaving behind an open and unsatisfying ending, or it diverges from the plot of the manga entirely
to create an ending of its own, it leaves fans
feeling a little bitter.

I love Attack on Titan, from the
anime to Abridge on Titan
to the PS Vita game that Omega Force made
to combine musou conquest with spider - man grappling and make ODM Gear
feel awesome in a video game.
Moreover, everyone who made this one loves the world of «Naruto», having read the manga, saw the
anime, and even when others are playing the game I
feel like I'm moved
to tears again.
The trailer itself is very much like an intro
to a 90's
anime, and
feels a bit like something you'd expect from Arc The Lad or a multitude of other shows from that era.
The overall
feel reminded me of a variety of
anime, from Appleseed and Neon Genesis Evangelion
to Knights of Sidonia, which is excellent company
to be in.
And as they speak, you really
feel that the
anime is coming
to life in this video game title.
I was 100 % sure that it won't be as good as the first Xenoblade which was a masterpiece, I just knew it from watching a few trailers, lot's of things was off
to me personally, the characters, the dialogues, the story, the art, the voice overs even the Japanese wasn't as good as the first one, the first XC had an amazing story, superb voice overs, magnificent soundtrack, dialogues full of impact that even adults can take seriously in short it was the complete opposite of XC2 were the dialogues remind a generic shonen
anime from the dozen we get every year, & the most important for me the first one was full of emotion just watching a single story trailer & I said
to myself back then that I must get this game, I wan
na play it & experience the story, well when I watch a trailer from XC2 I don't
feel like that in the slightest, that said it all.
It's incredibly difficult
to describe just how special it
feels to stand in the middle of a massive crowd of people who are all there for the same reason that you are; a love of all things geeky, be it comics, sci - fi,
anime or TV shows or sacrificing people
to elder Gods, although that last one is dying out pretty fast.
It's really wonderful how even in the game itself you've managed
to capture the visual
feeling of the
anime.
Unlike the original Ni No Kuni, Revenant Kingdom plays and
feels more like an action RPG similar
to Zelda with gameplay elements similar
to Total War, but with a youthful
anime twist.
HCG continues
to do its own thing in the realm of game mags, devoting features
