Body heat already makes up a useful fraction of the internal gains, so that shouldn't disappear, and if our
annual electricity bills are halved at the expense of a small

CMP cited project benefits in the filing including
annual electricity savings of up to $ 45 million for Maine customers, reduced greenhouse gas emissions of 3 million metric tons annually and protection against future
increases in natural gas
prices.
