leave during a period of
annual leave scheduled in the
annual leave planning schedule of the undertaking which employs him does not have the right, after his recovery, to take his
annual leave at a time other than that originally scheduled, if necessary outside the corresponding reference period.»
At the heart of the two references are the brief
provisions of Art 7 of the WTD dealing with
annual leave:
Basic salary up to 15 - 22K depending on experience + uncapped bonus scheme, 23 days
annual leave plus bank holidays, parking, pension
provision, and private health insurance are available.
According to the RACR Enterprise Agreement, the successful candidate will have access to generous
leave provisions,
annual leave loading, special paid
leave during
annual holiday shutdown period and flexible working arrangements.
