Because God flooded Earth and except Noah and his family in what is clearly not a sea - bearing boat, killed everyone, including «innocent» babies (which of course begs to question the whole idea about the Bible being against abortion and all even though it doesn't explicitly say
anything against abortion though the method for aborting fetuses, e.g., forced miscarriage, already existed in those days.

But I would like to add that many of the reasons an «unwanted» pregnancy happens in the first place is due in large part to the same people who are

abortion... like opposing birth control pills, opposing any form of birth control at all for that matter, opposing s - ex education, and so on.
