I've seen
avocado frosting recipes before and I've definitely been tempted, because I can eat
avocado any time of
day, and pretty much on
anything.
But on a good
day this healthy bread is my go - to wholemeal loaf, the bread I eat for lunch with
avocado, or cottage cheese and salad, or smoked salmon and low fat cream cheese —
anything with some flavour that fills me up tastily while remaining low fat.
While I'm no professional and would definitely say to ask your doctor before trying
anything knew, I found that taking milk thistle twice a
day, dandelion root once a
day, and eliminating all fat from my diet except for half an
avocado here or there — and a few sprouted nuts a
day — helped me best.
Just wondering if you had a tip or
anything, because this looks delicious and I'd love to make it, but don't want to waste
avocado and don't necessarily want to eat an entire
avocado in one
day either.
