Id religiously read labels at the supermarket, too, refusing to
buy anything with sugar listed in the first half of the ingredients.
These should be omitted entirely, so that means no bread, tortillas, pasta, breakfast cereal, rice,
anything with sugar such as soda.
If you follow me on IG you know I'm always reaching for cupcakes, macarons, smoothies, acai bowls or pretty
much anything with sugar!
Now anything with sugar in any form (it should be known organic sugar, evaporated cane crystals, cane juice, fructose and sucrose, and all other «healthier» sounding sugars are still ugly sugars) come as a once in a while treat.
What if your relationship with food has been severely off - kilter, and you find yourself in a diet - binge cycle or feel terribly guilty after
eating anything with sugar or carbohydrates?
And yet if I eat
anything with sugar, it is hard to get back off of it.
Pumpkins have arrived and it's the only thing I have been craving since I have been pregnant well that and sweet potatoes, reglar potatoes and

We can get so hung up on sugar in general that — as was with fat — we think that

I lose a lb, then when I have
anything with sugar or grains I gain 2 - 3 lbsback & it takes me a week to take it off!i'm getting very frustrated.
