When I
make pineapple juice I love to add a little
bit more sweetness to it, so in this case I went with throwing in a Fuji
apple as well.

Cool completely, the tops of the cupcakes may cave in slightly (the use of
apple sauce
makes a slightly moister, denser cupcake that is prone to falling a
bit during cooling).
Gingerbread and a
bit of
apple make these the ultimate winter breakfast or brunch dish.

bit on the dry side, but still a great snacking cake, breakfast cake, or whenever the mood strikes cake.

If you have the willpower to hold out until the bars have fully cooled, they become more solidified, the caramel and
apples congealing a
bit, which
makes the bars easier to slice, and / or share, if you're into that sort of thing...
This creamy vegan slaw is
made from crunchy shredded veggies and
apples dressed in a creamy cider tahini dressing with a mild
bite from fresh ginger.
I go through phases with
apples but they always
make for the best snack with some crackers and a
bit of sunflower butter (best combo ever!)
