the apple cider mill with my friends, went shopping for myself (again) with mC, and spent the entire day Sunday sitting at my computer playing a game.

Am curious to know which
cider mill had
apple fritters, might have to take a little road trip and see if they still make them.
We both have a soft spot in our hearts for Vernor's Ginger Ale, and I still have never had better
apple cider (or fresh donuts for that matter) than from their
cider mills!

Fun things to do: Each September and October, the fall festival includes
apple picking, a pumpkin patch, farm market, bakery,
cider mill and restaurant.

Our Thanksgiving traditions have been the same for many years — we start off with a visit to a local lumber

cider and sells heirloom varieties of
apples, then it's off to the pumpkin patch and finally a visit to a local
apple winery where we choose the wine for dinner.
