Mashed banana works well
as a substitute for
apple puree, however sadly it's difficult to get the same sweetness and texture from low fructose alternatives.
I know people asked you about

Perhaps you could try
apple puree to replace the mashed banana and another fruit such

Hello Ella, I love this loaf I have made it so many times, just thought i'd let you know I used a mashed banana the other day
as I had run out of
apple puree.
In this pot of deliciousness I mixed them with almond milk to ensure that they softened beautifully overnight,
