Hope you like these cookies — they are not exactly the same as little bird's as they contain
apple puree which was my way of keeping them moist after light baking.

It's held together by chia seed and
apple puree,
which together mean that you really can pick up the slices without them braking — just like real pizza!
Once most of the water has been removed, add the cauliflower to a mixing bowl with the chia seeds (
which should have now formed a gel) and
apple puree and stir until evenly blended.
You could try using
apple puree or even chia seeds and water
which forms a gel.
(I accidentally used too much
apple puree in the dough
which may be why) the crust was not as solid as the first time.

I made exactly as directed, with the

which was nice but not worth the effort of
pureeing and straining the
apple.

apple puree had a lovely creamy texture and vanilla flavour due to the white chocolate,
which contrasted well with the crisp unsweetened pastry and the
apple slices on top.
Apple and potato form the base of this soup,
which gets all of its body simply by
pureeing the ingredients.
I did plan to give my little one only the best,
which is why I purchased three different brands of organic
apple puree to conduct my own quality control.
Finally, I poured bell pepper coulis and tarragon oil on the Kaiserschmarrn,
which where the counterparts of the traditional
apple puree.
But today I used store - bought organic, unsweetened
apple sauce,
which was heavily
pureed and drinkable, very thin / runny, no lumps.
When there's no
apple sauce, prune
puree, or mashed banana, it's probably acting as a fat replacer, in
which case you can use
apple sauce, prune
puree, mashed banana or (if you don't care about the fat) canola oil or margarine.
The cauliflower is served atop a sweet potato
puree,
which gets jazzed up with fresh ginger and
apple cider.
Recipes include cheerful titles (e.g., «Nummy Nut Butter Kisses»), simple to follow instructions, serving size recommendations, and nutritional information, and annotations about produce (e.g.,
which apples make for a particularly awesome
apple puree) are helpful throughout.
After much research I located Bionaturae
which uses
apple puree to sweeten their nectars.
