I have tons of frozen
apple sauce from last year and need to make room in my deep freeze
as I have a gazillion tomatoes to do again.
So if you were to use say flat leaf parsely, it wouldn't be the same tasting
sauce because cilantro and parsely are
as different
as apples and oranges.
It uses
apple sauce instead of actual
apples so anyone can make it no matter where they are (
as long
as you have access to a grocery store of course!).
