In a large bowl, beat butter,
apple sauce and sugar until combined.
This recipe is my nod to the pork chops and
apple sauce of my childhood but it is updated to blend
in some of the culture of the part of Ontario I live
in now.
It's relatively healthy, as it's made with whole wheat flour, bananas, and
apple sauce (to reduce the amount of butter
in the recipe).
