on the
sauce: I find it too vinegar - y with all the ketchup, etc., so I reduced the
apple cider vinegar by 1/2, or to a tablespoon.
I also love using the greek yogurt, skim milk and
apple sauce to keep it more
on the moist
side, since cooking with protein powder can yield a pretty dry cake.
