If Odin says that root has been achieved, but the Galaxy Note 3 Lite enters into a boot loop or it gets stuck for more then 20 minutes at the Samsung boot animation screen, then you will be forced to
apply a Factory Reset from Recovery Mode.
If you've flashed the new firmware over a custom ROM, the you should check the info under «note 2» in order to
apply the factory reset process that will forced the phone to boot in normal mode.
Note that in case the new firmware doesn't boot in normal mode then you will be forced to
apply a Factory Reset.
For this ROM to install correctly, you will be required to
apply a factory reset process.
NOTE 2: if ODIN says that the process was completed, but the phone freezes at the Samsung boot animation screen, then you will have to
apply a Factory Reset for your device.

factory reset» step.
The Stock Recovery for Nexus 10 tablet offers users the possibility to do the following actions:
apply updates from ADB, wipe data and
factory reset the tablet, wipe cache partition and rebooting the device.
NOTE: in case you install the update over a custom ROM, then you will have to
apply a «
factory reset» process, too.
That issue can be addressed by
applying: reboot recovery mode on your Samsung branded device (press and hold Power, Volume Up and Home buttons at the same time) and from there choose to clear app data cache and initiate a hard
reset by selecting «wipe data
factory reset» followed by «wipe cache partition»; when done, choose to reboot your phone.
Now, by using the recovery menu select «wipe data
