(a) the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee if the investigator was
appointed under clause 75 (1)(a) or (b) or subsection 75 (2);
(c) the Board if the investigator was
appointed under clause 75 (1)(c) by the Board exercising the Registrar's powers under subsection 28 (6).
(f) establishing procedures relating to the dismissal of persons who are nominated or
appointed under clause (d);
(5) A mediator
appointed under clause (1)(a) shall confer with the parties and endeavour to obtain a settlement with respect to the disagreement submitted to mediation.
(12) Where a vacancy occurs among the members
appointed under clause (2)(d), (f) or (g), a new member similarly qualified may be appointed for the remainder of the term.
(5) Where a vacancy occurs among the members
appointed under clause (2)(e), (f), (g), (i), (j), (k), (l) or (m), a new member similarly qualified may be appointed for the remainder of the unexpired term.
(5) The regional senior judge who is
appointed under clause (2)(c) remains a member of the Judicial Council until he or she ceases to hold office as a regional senior judge.
