Even though I don't really play any Blizzard
games, I can
appreciate good character
design, and Blizzard's is some of the
best.
An actor's performance becomes more impressive as you can hear subtle nuances in their voice, a sweeping orchestral score becomes a force of nature, sweeping over you, while a
game suddenly comes to life with tiny audio details, giving rise to a far
better appreciate of sound
design.
Consider how important it is to your experience for the
game to have
good audio
design, and through that you'll learn to
appreciate it just as much as sumptuous graphics or even gameplay.
As I progressed through the simplistic but incredibly
well -
designed career mode and the PvP variants, I started to
appreciate the depth of the face button system and the level of strategy it adds to the
game.
Both are interested in system
design, have grassroots community backgrounds; both
appreciate well - crafted
game design, mechanics and both understand that
games are only as fun as the people you can play with and talk to.
We
appreciate good art, thoughtful
design and engaging story and think there are plenty
gamers out there who agree.
