To be honest, I gave up using the regular controller almost immediately because I have a
decent arcade joystick that I have just for shooters (and fighters).
Within the week of me writing this I've had the pleasure of: purchasing my

The only thing this game has going for it is arcade authenticity, but that's not necessarily a good thing because many of the special moves don't register consistently on a D - pad, having been optimized for

Even the «start» button is a Sanwa OBSF - 24 making this stick one of the most faithful to
the arcade joysticks ever created.
As much as I have always loved the Atari 2600 joystick controller, it didn't deliver the same robust experience as

an arcade joystick).
The button pads are laid out in a more conventional diamond - shaped pattern that I find better suited to gameplay than the inline fashion seen on
the arcade joystick.
