Though, keep in mind these do not have
arch support so if you feel you really need arch support you might want to get a different insole for these.

I walked for about 40 minutes total, and I wore my new
arch support from Ultimate Performance which is memory foam padded, it's
so cushioned, love it!
They're slip on
so you don't have to mess around with tying up laces (which is a pain the more pregnant you get), and they have great
arch support and are very lightweight, making them really, really comfy.
Most flip flops are horribly flat and offer no
arch support at all,
so these are a welcome change.

arches or flat feet, if you stand for extended periods of time, if you wear poorly fitting shoes, and

After falling down my stairs backwards 5 years ago I'm finally able to start strengthening my butt and legs; my pelvis was
so out of whack that I needed to get that resolved first... My questions is: I have been wearing
arch supports for the past 18 months, should I squat with or without them?
There were a few months when I went without any
arch support in my shoes and after coming home from standing all day at work my feet and especially the inner tendons in my ankles would hurt
so bad that it would bring me to tears.
Keep in mind that like most classic ballet flats, these shoes do not offer a tremendous amount of
arch support,
so if you have a high instep or require a lot of cushioning, simply insert a gel
arch support to keep your feet comfortable all day long.
Flats have zero
arch support,
so if you want to wear them I would suggest Dr. Scholls insoles.
I have a high
arch so the fact that these have no
arch support may be a problem but overall I love these.
I loved that it was a soft canvas,
so the material didn't chafe at all, and that it had
arch support (again, easy on my infuriating flat feet).
I tried the frye campus boot and found it super uncomfortable... the leather was
so thick and stiff, and the inside had no
arch support.
This is such a granny post, but I've got terrible feet: any suggestions for a cute flat that I can wear to work that has good
arch support and a tiny bit of a heel (I know that sounds like a contradiction — I don't mean a kitten heel
so much as a flat that isn't, well, completely flat — maybe a small lift in the back?).

so cute plus I can insert my 3/4 length orthaheel to give it
arch support..
The
arch support in their heels is amazing and they're very well padded,
so I think the flats would hopefully be equally good.

so yes there are i.e. Vionic but there just isn't enough
arch support, same with Clarks... I want good leather shoes and would be willing to pay for them but if I go to brands like Paul Green, not avail.
So agree about the thicker soled comfort shoes — with good
arch support — for walking.
I'd say they don't have much
arch support other than the fact that they have a heel
so that naturally gives more
support than a shoe that's completely flat.
I also find they don't have a ton of
arch support... but
so irresistibly cute.
I didn't realize they were
so good at
arch support, but that explains why my two most comfy pairs of sneakers are New Balance.
They have
arch support and are
SO comfortable.
Exspecially the Mary Jane style... mmmm love those:) I actually found a pair that are
SO comfortable with wonderful
arch support two years ago.
(And by that, I mean: better
arch support and that aren't
so tight around the achilles.)
