I do understand some people not wanting to take things further with Dungeon Travelers 2: The Royal Library & The
Monster Seal because the reward for beating a level or a

is addictive and an important part of the game i can search hours for certain crystals or stones after cutting down

bosses you harvest the bodyparts for new weapons and armors to challenge bigger
bosses so you can harvest even better bodyparts for gear if you get into it you'll keep playing
As for the overall goal, yes there
is a story in the game, you start as a noob hunter doing lame collections, hunt herbivors, hunt carnivores, hunt
boss monsters, upgrade your gear to get better.
Once you find the
boss monster you
are hunting, things change.
it really
is a great game, the online play
is the best feature,
monsters are sooo hard that when you and your party finally beat that big
boss collectively for the first time you will
be jumping out of your seats, making real memories with your friends.
