We've always had
professional development for teachers, we've had what used
to be called «in - service training» but now we've got a profession that is gaining
access to, participating in, studies and sharing their knowledge, working in groups, working in teams based upon learning
areas.
Three
areas are pivotal
to achieving that end: (i) early
