just cut open a huge pomegranate last night and have 2 whole cups of
arils!
Otherwise,
just slice down the middle, and place 1/2 cup yogurt in the potato, with two tablespoons of toasted coconut, and 2 tablespoons of pomegranate
arils.
If you can't find fresh pomegranates, frozen
arils will work
just fine.
As the quinoa finishes up cooking, the pears should be
just coming out of the oven, which, along with some fresh berries and a few pomegranate
arils, make for a sweet, flavorful upgrade to your basic bowl of porridge or oatmeal and an altogether decadent start to your day.
