You can easily get used to putting toddlers on by simply hoisting them up onyour back with the Ergo waist
band done up
then bringing up the straps, or put them in the front and swing them around (either with straps partly undone or simply by sliding your
arms in and turning it around like a t - shirt you have put on back to front!)

Then while one
arm just holds the
band, the other
arms curls for 8 to 12 reps..
Then switch and have the
arm that curled just hold the
band and the other
arm curl.
If you want to build a strong V - shaped back and muscular
arms then you should consider with chin - up mix pull up assist
band.
Hold the
band behind your back,
then hinge at the waist, folding over and letting your
arms drop overhead.
I was
then able to pull on the lace which opened the
arms across the full windshield, and when I released the lace the elastic waist
band pulled the
arms back to rest again.
