aroma of freshly roasted
coffee without the need for hard valves, extra machinery, and extra processing steps, explains Luca Zerbini, Vice President
of Marketing, R&D and Sustainability for Amcor's Flexibles division in Europe.
The researchers say their discovery
of «culprit» substances could lead to a new generation
of stomach - friendly brews with the rich taste and
aroma of regular
coffee but
without the acid - producing chemicals that cause irritation.
