with, where do those religious procedures say that the praying persons aren't allowed to let the people

The point is is that it IS wrong to force someone not to talk about their god, but that it is ALSO wrong to take money from someone who doesn't believe in that god by force (e.g., taxation) and then turn
around and give that money to someone who does to promote their views about that
religion (such as funding a memorial
with public funds).
Just as we can't understand why Third World countries repress their masses

It is not that the old theories have been replaced
with the new — naturalistic ideas have been
