She's just saying its selfish not to

about your boobs sagging when there are ways to prevent and counteract (hence this
article) breast is best and if i have to have saggy boobs for a healthy
baby, then of course my child comes first, its not even an option and Yeah some ppl work hard for their body but would you rather have your
baby work hard to fight an infection?
