Lately I've seen numerous blog posts and mainstream media
articles about the resume writing industry, the value of the credentials resume writers hold, and the lack of regulation of the industry.
I used to be a human resources director, I've read approximately 58 gazillion resumes, I read
articles about resume writing frequently, and still when it came time to update my own resume, I hired a certified professional resume writer rather than write it myself.
I've written many prior

But saving as pdf is a terrible advice, every (other)
article about resume building will tell you that — it's heavier, it's less manageable, recruiters can't make notes in it, and there is a bigger chance that resume processor won't be able to read it at all.
Back in 2010 we posted
