If you don't have time to make
pumpkin recipes, just make sure the
pumpkin products you are buying at the store are free
of preservatives,
artificial flavors and chemicals (try organic
pumpkin puree,
pumpkin ice cream, maple
pumpkin KIND bars, organic roasted
pumpkin seeds,
pumpkin granola, etc.).
This
pumpkin spice latte doesn't come from Starbucks, and it DEFINITELY doesn't cost four dollars, and instead
of dicey «
pumpkin»
flavoring and
artificial sweeteners, it contains
pumpkin — actual
pumpkin!
Mini-muffins seem to be more fun for kids than regular - sized muffins, and you can easily make blueberry, apple,
pumpkin, or banana muffins with real fruit instead
of the
artificial flavoring used in so many store bought varieties.
I was excited to see the
pumpkin cake recipe until I read it contained sugar free
pumpkin coffee creamer... The ingredients contain
artificial flavors, sucralose, corn syrup and a bunch
of ingredients I can't pronounce.
