do the sugar - i don't use
artificial sweeteners except a tad in my a.m. coffee - husband keeps big bag of wally world stevia - so I
did it - I put a 1/2 cup of stevia instead of sugar and 1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce instead of oil. . . .
Some people can't tolerate those

That said, there are multiple studies that have shown that even
artificial type
sweeteners fool the body into expecting a food with a certain caloric intake and when it doesn't appear actually winds up stimulating one's hunger.
Everyone has their own opinion on
artificial sweeteners, but once in a while I don't mind living on the edge and using Splenda.

I didn't use any
artificial sweetener in it.
Don't get me wrong, I would not turn down tuna salad made with miracle whip if presented to me, but with ingredients like high fructose corn syrup,
artificial sweeteners and a boat load of preservatives I just can't bring myself to buy it at the store anymore.
They
do not contain any
artificial colours, flavors, preservatives or
sweeteners.
In case you didn't know, diet drinks and sugar - free drinks contain
artificial sweeteners such as Aspartame and Sucralose (there are more but these are the most popular).
Plus it's vegan, fat - free, and doesn't have any
artificial sweeteners in it.
They seem like a good honest brand, but I'll have to
do some research as I'm pretty sure Acesulfame potassium is a pretty toxic

Plus I don't typically use
artificial sweeteners because I find the flavour off putting plus they just aren't that good for you.
