On one of my exploration adventures, I came across Puff's Preserves, a line of
artisan jams made with seasonal fruits and... wait for it....

A real foodie would
make trifle with «from scratch» custard with farm fresh eggs, homemade pound cake (or at least some $ 10 cake from a patisserie)
artisan jam and fresh raspberries.
So far I've
made turmeric milk, chia strawberry
jam, sunflower seed butter, cocoa mineral drink, and
artisan seeded bread.
Preserving is getting a lot of attention right now: throw a stick and you're bound to hit a 10 dollar jar of
artisan pickles or a
jam made from berries you've never heard of before.
Producers include an
artisan from North Carolina, Farmer's Daughter, who
makes local products like Pumpkin Chip and Scuppernong Preserves; from Alaska, Kahiltna Birchworks, who
makes Wild Mixed Berry Fruit Spread; from Oregon, Ayers Creek, with their Loganberry Preserve; from Colorado, High Desert Fruit, with their Sour Cherry Confiture; from Oregon, Queener Fruit Farm, with their Black Currant
Jam; and from the Bay Area (Healdsburg), Dry Creek Peach with their Peach
Jam.
Get a drink at the Bourbon Bar with its more than 70 bourbons plus specialty drinks or head to the Ham Bar for
artisan ham - and - charcuterie food, including house -
made mustards, toast, and
jams.
